The Last of Us - Survival Strategies

The Last Of Us is certainly an amazing game, the graphics are awesome, the story is outrageous and there is simply no better sensation than killing a zombie with your bare hands right? We all love this game, however it takes a while to get the hang of it... Here are some tips that will turn you into an invincible zombie slayer!

Distraction

You are hidden behind a table, you look through some holes in the old table and see hundreds of zombies blocking your exit, what are you going to do? That's right, distract the zombies. One of the best features in this game is that you can throw small objects to "move" the zombies somewhere else, therefore I highly recommend you using it. The this is done you get a free path to where you want to go.

Perfect Weapon

For every zombie there's a right weapon, you will have to carefully choose your weapon for each "stage" you enter, and if you choose the wrong weapon analyze the type of zombies you are encountering, and after change it for something that suits the zombies! Besides choosing the correct weapon for the correct zombie you also have to choose the correct weapon for the correct environment. If you are in an open area go with a long range weapon. Now if you are in a small area use a shotgun for close range encounters.

Melee

Melee weapons are, with no doubt, your key to survival. In the beggining they are certainly awful and  weird looking, however as you upgrade them they become stronger and more durable so that you can take those zombies apart! They can save you from a zombie that jumps on you from no where. Make sure to have a strong but fast melee weapon for quick takedowns.
